Tom from SWISCO responded:

Can you confirm the height of the housing? 3/8" is incredibly small. Did you perhaps mean to type 1-3/8"? If so, see our 81-278. This may be the part you're looking for.

A home owner from Gotha, Florida says:
I've received my order for order #1577521 based on the recommendation of the response team. I haven't tried to install the replacement parts as of yet, but am concerned that the diameter on old hardware is 1 and 1 /4 across, while the new ones are 1 and 1/2. Will these still work for the tracks/doors ? If not, I'll need to return these and get the correct ones.
Thanks so much.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

These rollers have an adjustment screw that raises and lowers the wheel in the housing. You can usually always adjust the roller to make up the difference. Try that and let me know if it works. If not, you can see our return policy here

A home owner from Gotha, Florida says:
OK -I'll try that out. It'll be a few weeks as I just had hernia surgery on Monday, so I'm not allowed to pick up those heavy doors lol. Thanks for the input.
