Sliding glass door rollers and track replacement

Quick Learner from Arizona

I REQUESTING ASSISTENCE WITH GETTING THE CORRECT TRACK AND REPLACEMENT TRACK FOR A SLIDEING GLASS DOOR. THE HOUSE WAS BUILT IN 2007 AND I'M ASSUMING THE DOOR IS ORIGINAL. I RECENTLY ATTEMPTED TO TRY A PRIME LINE D 1527 ROLLER ASSEMBLY HOWEVER IT WAS 1/4 INCH TOO NARROW FOR THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR FRAME. THE TRACK LOOKS TO BE APROXIMATLY 5/32 INCH HOWEVER HAS BEEN WORN/SMASHED FLAT IN SEVERAL AREAS WERE A 1/4 INCH SS CAP WILL NOT FIT DUE TO THE FLATENING OF THE ORIGINAL TRACK.

SEEKING TO PURCHASE 2 ROLLERS AND A 71INCH TRACK.

Hello,

Your roller resembles the 81-269. As for the track, you might be able to use the 80-102 track cover by filing down the sides of your existing track that are "mushroomed". If not, take a look at the replacement 80-106 track. Review the suggested hardware, along with the related videos, and see what you think.
