Sliding glass door sagging

A quick learner from United States says:
Hello.

I just spoke with Paul about my Peachtree Ariel 6 foot patio door that is sagging after new rollers have been installed. Door is otherwise in good condition. We have to keep adjusting the set screw to take out the sag but it doesn't hold for more than a few days. The track doesn't appear to be bent. There is a slight play if the sliding panel is pushed and pulled towards inside of home. My handymen think the play on the track could be the culprit but they don't know for sure. They don't think the new rollers are defective.

Appreciate your thoughts on what would solve this problem.

Perhaps I can help. If you are certain the rollers are not defective and were installed and adjusted correctly, then I am honestly not sure why you are still having issues with the door operation. Could be the track is "sponge" and therefore needs support under the base of the track. I suggest you take a look at the 80-102 track cover. See if this might help.
