Sliding glass door (shatter/hurricane type) wheels.

Question

Hi swisco, - please assist to identify and supply the parts as in attached picture.
In addition i would need some windows spring/catrige. I had bought the windows spring before and they get damaged within a week. The twine cut, the windows are heavy, hurricane/shatter proof type.
For now lets focus on the glass door wheel, later i would supply information for the windows. It should be in my previous purchase.

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your sliding door roller appears to be missing its outer housing. To identify the correct replacement, I will also need to see that part of the roller removed from the door. For an idea of what we need to see to properly identify your roller, take a look at the video tutorial below. There is also a tutorial tagged below with instructions on how to remove the rollers.

In regard to the balance you referenced, I do see a previous order for a replacement but it was from back in 2016. It looks like the balance you ordered was for the S351-30 with a 2950 stamp. I'm happy to confirm if this is the balance needed for your window, I'll just need to know the exact weight of the window sash.
