Your roller is similar in design to our 23-286, but there are a few notable differences that make me hesitate to recommend this. Chief among them is that the 23-286 is made for closet doors, not patio doors. 

Patio doors require a method of adjustment as a rule, which means your roller assembly will have an exterior housing. It's probably still in the door. In order to accurately identify this, or at least confirm if the 23-286 is correct, we need to see the whole assembly together at once.
