Sliding glass door and lock needs to be replaced

Question

Have a friend who needs the handle replaced on sliding door. She has tried 2 from Home Depot and 2 from another glass company, all did not work. See pictures and info from door on sticker.

At first glance, the parts in your photos resemble the 82-218 mortise lock and 82-035 handle set with 3-15/16" installation holes. With that being said, it looks like your handles installation holes measure 5-1/2" apart according to the ruler shown in your photo. If so, unfortunately, we do not carry any handles that will work for you with 5-1/2" installation holes. Take a look and see what you think.
