Sliding glass door and screen door handle

It looks like you have the 82-076 patio handle, which has mounting hole locations that are 6-3/8" apart. This handle set was used on older style Miller patio doors. Additionally, we have the 89-040 keeper that is compatible with this handle set. 

For the storm door handle, consider the 40-042 out-swing door knob. This knob set features two different mounting hole locations: 1-3/4" and 3", allowing it to fit various configurations. 

Review the specifications for these parts and see how they compare with your old hardware.
