Hi I have a few glass doors inside that use this system. I tried to clean wheels on one set because they stopped rolling. Would prefer just to replace.
The tandem wheels unit is 41/4 inch and 11/4 inch depth. The wheel is about 1/4 inch wide
My wheels have all jammed up and will not turn. I tried to clean/ grease but to no avail.

I would start by looking at our 81-030 roller. This may be a good place to start, though ultimately it will depend on your precise measurements. You can see our dimensions below.
