Most likely from 1968-69 when home was built along Texas gulf coast. Metal housing. Single roller. 2 5/8 length, 1 1/4 tall, 11/16 width 1 1/4 wheel diameter

Your dimensions match up to our 81-023 but ours doesn't have the same alignment bumps shown on yours. Take a look and see if this could work for you. Thanks for posting!
