Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't have a handle with this kind of hole center spacing. Would we be able to see photos of the old handle set and mortise lock? 

Thank you kindly for the photos! Your handle set reminds me of the 82-002. However, our installation hole center spacing is 6-5/8", which is very close to your measurement. It couldn't hurt to check again just to be safe. 

We don't sell your exact pull but the 88-002 and 88-009 are compatible with the 82-002 handle set. Review the specifications for these parts and see if they match your repair needs.
