Looking for the bottom glass sliding patio door guides from a Florida home built in 1997

The guide measures approximately 1.75 inches square with a slot for the adjusting screw and a slot at the bottom to ride along the bottom rail. I believe it is of nylon material

I'm not sure if this guide is still available. We do have 86-027, which is used for patio screen doors. Take a look at it and see if you can use it for your guide.
