Sliding glass patio door handle.

First photo shows the outside handle. It's profile has somewhat of an "S" shape. It has a key lock in it and is not broken. The second photo shows the inside handle which in this photo is not broken . On another identical slider there is an inside handle that is broken off. Is a replacement available?

I believe we can replace this handle set but I would appreciate it if you could confirm the exact distance between the mounting holes in your handle set, measured from center to center. Thank you!
