Sliding glass patio door handle

Question

Need help identifying the patio door handle. The holes look like they are about 4 inches apart top to bottom. The door is 1.5 inches thick. The opening for the internal lock is about 3/8 inch. All this door had on it is the keep which is also pictured. I need the door handle set and the internal lock also. Hope you guys can help.

It's hard to tell without seeing the original hardware, but based on your measurements I think you should look at our 82-035 handle set and 82-218 mortise lock set. Check them out and see if you agree. Make sure to carefully compare our specs to the space on your door to be sure!
