Sliding glass patio door handle assembly

Question

Hi, my wife and I purchased the home in November, we would like to replace the door handle assembly. I have included a photo of the door track with the only label I could find. The door is only 13 years old and installed when the home was built
The door is solid and air tight.

I would like any information on where to find a door handle assembly.
