Sliding glass patio door handle and lock

Question

The lock mechanism is hanging up, I've looked at so many different handles and locks. The ID # on glass is somewhat faded, can't ID,
PPG. 16CFR1201C11
0058121M
is a possibility.

Take a look at our 82-087. Look over the dimensions and see if you could use this as a replacement.
