Sliding glass patio door needs repair

Question

One photo shows the track the door runs on. There had been some kind of plastic or silicone covering on it that cracked and broke away some time back. It was damaged beyond repair so I threw it away. Now by pushing the door open and closed without that covering, I've damaged the door handle/locking mechanism, where I've stripped the threads that hold the screws that hold the indoor and outdoor pieces together. They will need to be replaced as well. Can you help me? Thanks.
