Sliding glass patio door no longer latches correctly.

Question

As you can see from the pictures attached the latching mechanism for this piece of hardware no longer functions correctly in the lock position. The latch portion does not grab onto the lip of the locking rim on the door frame.

The only marking on the door hardware noted is DNS IND Miami, Florida.

Thanks for posting. It looks like this a handle set with a clamping latch. If so, and if the hole spacing (or distance between the center of each mounting hole) is 4-15/16", then I think our 82-009A can work as a replacement. Take a look and see what you think.
