Sliding glass patio door roller ID

I am attempting to locate a replacement part for this particular roller. The only Number located on the item is NW-012. I am unable to locate any replacement part. The door is approximately 20 yrs old and I am unable to locate any name on the door or part.

Hello! Your old Allen Stevens roller is no longer made, but we've had many customers successfully use our 81-005 as a substitute. Look it over and see what you think.
