Sliding hardware

Question

Single hung vinyl windows. This mechanism is broken on several windows. VERY difficult to slide and close. Hoping to find part, order and fix! Thanks!

It sounds like you might need new balances. Start by looking at our 15-111 pivot shoe, which looks like the piece in your pictures. This is compatible with the 1/2" thick Series 160 coil balance.
