Sliding mirror closet door by Monarch

We have 2 closets with 2 Monarch mirror sliding doors on each. We need to replace the door pulls. Pictures above. The number for the doors is either 5170903 or 5170993. Any idea where we could find them or something equivalent.

Monarch has been out of business for quite some time but we do carry our 22-022 adhesive pull for sliding closet doors. Take a look and see what you think. Thank you!
