Sliding mirror closet door top roller

A home owner from Toronto, Ontario,Canada says:
Hello.
This sliding mirror was installed by the builder of my home in 1988. I cannot remove the mirror door. Have tried to tilt the panel but no success. Also, what exactlydoes the bottom long philips screw do. do? I have not tried to unscrew. I am missing one of these. Also I have noticed other panels have one gold coloured and one silver coloured rollers.Does that mean one has to have a set of 2? Thanks for any help.

It's tough to make out what you have while it's still installed, but this looks similar to our 23-017. Look it over and let me know if you agree.

If not, would it be possible to see a picture of it removed from the frame?

A home owner from Toronto, Ontario,Canada says:
I am no longer in need of a replacement part. The original piece was found inside the closet after it had fallen off during my attempt to remove the mirror panel.Thank you very much anyways.
