Hi There,
I think I found the replacement part on your website. Part # 23-042.
these doors are approximately 40 years old. To me it looks like your part should work as a replacement but I am not sure?My alternate option is to replace these doors with new doors. The doors are quite big 36" x 96".
I am located in Toronto, Canada. This project is time sensitive as I the installer are only here visiting for this week.Hopefully you can help.

I'm not confident that the 23-042 would work due to the different shape of the post that inserts into the mounting guide. I'm going to have one of our senior experts take a look and see what they think. We'll reach out as soon as more information is available. Thank you!

The 23-042 uses a housing similar to the one you show in your photos, which is attached to the door. Check to see if your housing has the rounded opening to receive the rounded "guide rail" on the 23-042 roller housing. If so, I believe it could still be compatible despite the difference in design.

FYI to all that are looking for this part like myself. I took mine apart. Turns out the part that attaches to the door with the screw in it is a separate piece and all you need is the wheel assembly they sell here. Remove the whole screw and slide the wheel assembly off from the bottom. Slide the new one up and put the screw back in. So the part that the site keeps saying that it's a discontinued part isn't exactly true. Maybe you can't get the piece that stays on the door that the screw goes in but I don't think it actually comes off.
Hope this helps other like myself looking for this part.
