Sliding mirror door - bottom track

Question

I ordered and received part 23-240, which is approximately 2.6 inches wide by 4 ft long. Looks different than original part. Picture show part & is approx 3.6 inches wide. Need to replace that part. Please advise

Hello,

It's hard to tell with the metallic reflection coming from your track but I believe your track may support concave rollers instead of convex rollers that work with the track that you purchased. Take a look at our 23-270 track for concave wheels and see if that might be the correct track for your closet. Thank you!
