Sliding mirror door bottom track

Hi, I am looking to replace the bottom tracks. Color is brass but I don't know the brand name.

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

It's tough making out your track based on this picture. Does it only have one rail? Could we possibly see a picture of its end profile? Finally, are the wheels used with this track convex or concave?
