Wheel damaged and unable to roll. Item is called a COX 21-717 21-767. Looking to replace 4 of them

Start by looking at our 23-070 and 23-086. Note that these have concave wheels. The 23-086 might be best, since it has a ball-bearing wheel and so it operates more smoothly. See what you think.
