I am the person who was inquiring about the rollers. I dont know why the post keeps cutting out a big chunk of the explanation.
I received the top guides and bottom rollers the specifications are very similar, in fact it can be made to fit.

I'm sorry you're having trouble posting. I think the problem lies in the word "don't," probably because of the apostrophe. Try writing your post without using apostrophes and see if that works. I know that's a bit of an odd request, but there it's a rare issue we come across every once in a while. That's usually the culprit.
