Thanks for posting. This looks like our 82-240 Roto Multi-Point Mortise Latch, which is used on doors with 4-15/16" hole spacing such as our 82-080. Carefully compare the dimensions listed on the latch's shop page with an undamaged version of your latch (if possible), and let me know if you think this is what you're looking for.
