We'd be happy to look into this for you but I don't recognize your mortise lock at first glance. I'm also not sure how it's installed since there are no visible installation screws. If you could show us you lock assembly fully removed from the door, along with straight-on photos of both handles, that may help us confirm if a replacement is available. Thank you!
Thanks for getting back to us. Your mortise lock resembles the 82-263 but note that the keyway is in a 90-degree position when the hook is engaged as shown in the image below. Review the specifications to confirm if this would work for your repair. Thanks for posting!

It's possible you have an older door. As long as the keeper is the same, though, I don't see any difference between locking to the frame and locking to the opposite panel. The function is still identical.
