Sliding patio door handle

As you can see from the photo, the inside handle is cracked and may break off soon. I have tried to find a product name of model number with no luck. I only need the part that is cracked, but I understand I may have to buy the entire assembly. See if you have a match for this handle.

Start by taking a look at our 82-030 handle set with 3-15/16" hole center spacing. Compare our dimensions to yours and see if this matches what you need.
