A quick learner from USA says:
Do you carry a replacement for this handle?

A quick learner from USA says:
The inside handle screw holes are 5 inches apart. The patio door is 2 inches thick. I need a handle with a way to lock the patio door from outside. A key lock on the outside.

Paul from SWISCO responded:
Sure! If your interior lock works and you just want a key lock, consider our 82-310. You would need to remove the outside pull, knock out the center and install the new cylinder. The locking stem also has cut-off lines to help in determining what length you need. You can also remove the outside handle and replace it entirely with our 82-306 exterior handle with key lock.
A professional from CA says:
Don't forget to file or drill out the hole for the cylinder. 5/8" works well. Otherwise the cylinder will not fit or turn easily.
