I need some help to identify this type of handle hardware. It might be discontinued, so if something similar to it, would be helpful too. Thank you.

We do not carry this exact handle set, but to further review, are you able to show us the internal locking mechanism in the door that it uses? From there we can get a clearer idea if we can assist with a solution. Thank you!

The best we can offer is a style like the 82-030 handle set that has a 3-15/16" installation hole spacing. We cannot guarantee a direct fit or function, but it is the best we can provide based on your original set. Please note that drilling new installation holes will most likely be necessary, being careful to not come in contact with the glass.
