Sliding patio door handle replacement

Thanks for your post! I'm confident we can supply a replacement for this patio door handle set. I'll just need to know the measurement for the distance between the installation hole spacing to determine the correct match.

The mortise lock reminds me of the 82-218. This is sold separately from the set.
