Sliding patio door handle set

Hello there. Based on the inside pull, it looks like you need a handle set where the thumb lever is 'offset' towards one end of the pull. See the 82-086 or 82-030B. Note however that these handle sets also have the key lock on the outside pull offset similarly, whereas yours seems centered. It's weird to have the thumb lever offset but the key lock centered, which makes me think whoever installed your handle set originally just made do with the parts they had. Take a look at these replacement sets and see if you think you could adapt either to your door.
