Sliding patio door handle w/lock latch

Question

Pella glass and wood sliding door. 50 years old this year. Latch lock (not keyed) keeps freezing up, requiring entire lock/handle to be disassembled and removed to open door. We are looking for a replacement handle with a similar latch/lock. (Can be locked from inside only.)
