Sliding patio door handle and latch

Our latch is starting to fail, you have to play with it to get it to work. The door manufacturer was Pacific Industries who is no longer in business. Have included pictures with measurements. I believe it matches your P/N 82-218 but want to verify with you.

Also lever to open and close latch is missing the plastic. What would you recommend to fix? Do you sell complete handles that will work on this door. If so, can you please advise some of your P/N's. They do not have to be exactly the same style but that will work.
