Sliding patio door handle and mortise

I'm in need of a sliding door handle and mortise. The patio door handles are 5 inches apart with a center turn to lock. The mortise is missing, but the hole measures approximately 7 inches long by 9/16 wide.

Thanks for writing in. This handle set looks like it might be our 82-080. Compare it with your old hardware to confirm. The mortise lock could be a few different options. Start by viewing our 82-238, but without seeing the original I cannot be certain. Many thanks.
