Sliding patio door hardware

I believe the door was manufactured by Farley Windows. Sorry, I've included pictures and no markings or part numbers are visible, however, as you can see by the pictures, I haven't taken it apart. I could only send 5 pics but the inside of the handle broken off is just held by 2 small screws. Please advise
