Sliding patio door lock

Hi There , We need to see if we can identify and find a replacement door lock for a sliding patio door. The door was from 2015 from screw to screw is approximately 5 inches.

Hello, thank you for posting,

The handle set shown resembles the 82-087 style. Please double check the distance between the installation holes from center to center. It should measure 3-15/16" between. Let me know!

If you also need the internal mortise lock, we will need to see pictures to move forward. Thank you!
