Thanks for reaching out! There are two options available to you for repairing your patio door; replacing the entire handle set or replacing just the latch lever. If you'd like to replace the handle set, I suggest using the 82-089 Legacy Handle Set (the keyed version is the 82-086).

To replace just the latch lever, you can use the 82-107 Sliding Door Latch Lever.
