Sliding patio door lock and handle.

It looks like you have a handle set with a surface-mount clamp design. Check the hole spacing, or the distance between the center of each mounting hole. If it's 4-15/16", our 82-009A might be what you need; but if it's 3", see our 82-077 instead. Let me know what you find.
