Sliding patio door roller

1" nylon roller in nylon holder bracket. part failed after about 6 weeks. Part now tracks sideways or tilted due to too flexible bracket holding wheel. Have tried manufacture and they have no contact number for part or warranty replacement. Is there a replacement or another part that has metal bracket with amybe a metal roller to maintain vertical tracking of roller?

This looks very similar to our 84-064. Check it out and let me know if you agree.

You may have to squeeze the frame so that it is tighter to hold the roller together.

Looks almost identical but is there a better identical/similar part made out of metal for the bracket and the wheel?

Well, we also carry the 84-046 roller. Could that work?

im looking for something exactly like this part but the top of this assembly (5/8) is to wide to fit in existing hole , i need 1/4 wide by 1 1/4. thanks for your help

The narrowest width we have is 5/16" for both the 84-064 and 84-083. Could you get either of these to work?
