Thanks for posting. Start by comparing your mortise lock to the 82-218. See if this matches what you need.

Thanks for getting back to me. This one doesn't fit the slot the lock goes into .it only 3 inches in length.

The 82-218 is meant to be a snug fit and has to be inserted at an angle. The video below shows.
