Sliding patio door (vinyl) mortise lock handle 5-1/2 inches

Hi there,

Our patio door's mortise lock is still in place but the handle are broken and gone. I measured the mounting screw holes are 5-1/2 inches apart. Any suggestions or products available? Thank you.
