This look like a variant of 84-223 or 83-034, but it's hard to tell if either would work (other than the screws are 3.5" apart, which matches).
It doesn't look like it is intended to be replaceable, but if I drill out the rivet I'm sure I could get something to work. Maybe one of the above two could be made to work, or maybe 3D print the broken part.

Unforutnately, we do not carry an exact match for the screen door handles shown in your photos. I believe the 84-223 would be our best option since the hole spacing matches but we can't make any guarantees since it's not an exact match. Modifications may also be necessary if you are able to install it. If you decide to give it a try, you're welcome to review our return policy here.
