Thanks for writing in! Your sliding door roller reminds me of the 84-100 Patio Screen Door Roller. I am confident this should be the replacement you need but be sure to compare the dimensions to confirm that this will be a fit for you. This roller is made with a 7/8" nylon center groove wheel and uses a spring loaded adjustment screw.

They are sold indiviually.
