Sliding screen door

Question

Hello, my sliding screen door has a broken part. The plastic piece in the corner is broken. The tiny piece the roller attaches to broke off. You can see the piece still on the roller part. I do not know how to get the plastic piece out. I removed a screw, but it won't budge.
This is for one of the two bottom rollers. Thank you.

Thanks for posting! It sounds like the patio screen door corner in your sliding door frame is broken. It is likely you'll need to replace both the roller and the corner.

Take a look at the video below for instructions on removing and installing this hardware.

Once removed, I'll need to see a photo of the corner, as well as a photo of the entire roller, to identify the correct replacements.
