The bottom metal piece that screws onto the metal frame of the screen door the screws that hold it on and the roller guides I live at the ocean everything rust

To get started take a look at the 84-046 screen door roller. Unlike your roller this roller has an aluminum "housing" surrounding the nylon wheel. As for your other fasteners take a look at the aluminum 70-087 and the stainless steel screw 33-055. See if you could use this as a fastener. And finally take a look at the 84-017 wheel and axle.
