I need help replacing these wheels.  They adjust through a hole in the side trim.

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your Jeld-Wen screen roller wheel appears to have been removed from its housing. We typically see this inserted into the plastic housing on the 84-139 Norco Screen Door Roller Assembly. Take a look over the diagram to determine if this is the right replacement for your screen door.
