Sliding screen door handle and lock

The original patio door was manufactured by a Canadian company named Permanent Sash and Door. They went out of business about 20 years ago. I need to replace the outside handle and inside lock mechanism on the door. I've also included a photo of where the door latch hooks into if needed. Do you have a replacement assembly that i could use in its place? The screw centers on the outside handle are either 3-1/2" or 3-9/16". Thx
