Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't sell an exact match for this old style handle assembly. However, the 82-009A has a similar clamp which measures 4-15/16" on the installation hole centers. We recommend you double-check and make sure you're measuring from the center of each hole. Review the specifications and let us know if you have any questions.

Thank you for checking on that for me. It is definitely 4in. on center mounting holes. Thanks again I will have to keep looking.
